      Pros

      Have great co-workers, all of whom are struggling with the way the organization is run.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for employees and clients. Pure disregard of clients' needs, focused solely on the financial aspects of the company without any provisions of the people that need it. Dismissal of suggestions of SWs and CMs. Simply rude to the employees. Refusing meetings and discussions.

      Pros

      Fellow staff are wonderful once you are welcomed into the community. The benefits are decent and the pay could be worse.

      Cons

      Everything they said in the interview changes once you are hired. Internal support is lacking and there is no training or onboarding provided. The lack of technology infrastructure is scary. Management best practices are not followed. The mission of the organization is unclear. Programs are unorganized and unmotivated. I would not recommend that anyone I know work here.

      An investigation is needed at comunilife for the way they hire and fire workers to meet city quotas and then treat them horribly just to fire them. two workers were relocated and fired because of one employees obnoxious behavior While that worker should have been fIred.
