Pros

B2B Mont Kiara Excellent Work Arrangements: The company offers a highly favorable hybrid working model (4 days Work From Home, 1 day Return To Office), which provides a great work-life balance. The Team: The colleagues and ground-level team members are fantastic, supportive, and great to work with.

Cons

B2B Mont Kiara Unethical and Non-Compliant Retrenchment: The recent retrenchment exercise completely bypassed the company's own established policies and handbook. Management ignored the LIFO (Last In, First Out) principle and offered zero compensation, even to loyal employees with over 15 years of service. Deceptive Tactics by Leadership: Managers were instructed to nominate highly skilled senior staff for "Redeployment" to support a new account. Shockingly, this list was deceitfully used as a termination list under the guise of a "new retrenchment process." Employees were let go without valid justification or proper cause. Consequently, a majority of the retrenched staff have filed cases with the Industrial Relations Department (JPP). Poor Management Direction: The directors are overly client-centric to the detriment of their own employees. Decisions are made without considering the heavy burden placed on ground staff. The focus is strictly on aggressive cost-cutting rather than employee appreciation. Furthermore, management pushed for automation with false promises of protecting jobs, only to terminate staff shortly after. Scope Creep and Process Issues: Clients are allowed to change processes on a whim without management reviewing or adhering to the actual contractual agreements. As a result, employees are burdened with extra, out-of-scope work that was never agreed upon, with absolutely no salary increments or additional headcount provided to support the extra workload.
