      Good Established Agency with Great brands. They are agressive in market and have a good patience to conquer a state.

      The people are great, supportive, helpful and they teach you everything you would need. The environment is as good as it gets.

      Cons

      Inherently the job is terrible, door to door selling subscriptions to donate money. Essentially a mix of begging + unethical as every sale ($30) the commission is twice that ($60)
