Pros
It is great to work with a company that is employee focused and is able to show a commitment to its clients and the success of its employees. It's nice to also work for a company that doesn't just provide the "normal" benefits that other company's offer, Concision also offers health club memberships, early out on Friday's at 2:00p, and taco Tuesday's.
Cons
Concision has a lot of clients in technology, they should consider broadening into other verticals
