It is amazing to me how much goes into producing a newspaper! Reporters and photographers getting the story, editors fine tuning it, ad sales, layout, setting the plates, printing the paper, inserting the coupons, delivering to all of the customers, collecting the payments, maintaining the customer accounts... Every.Single.Day! The staff here does an amazing job making this happen.
Cons
Any company with 100+ employees is bound to have the occasional internal struggle. And while some see printed news as a dying industry (con), the Monitor is constantly working to evolve with the times (pro!)
