Pros
Very flexible work schedules with leadership that looks to listen to its employees for feedback. Leadership tries to keep working environment friendly, rewarding and most importantly provides tools needed to get the job done effectively and efficiently. The group is also growing rapidly and adjusting well to changing workflows.
Cons
Many of the staff are disbursed through the country creating somewhat of a disconnected feel.
