Yearly cost of living pay increases. Fulfilling work, really feels like you're doing something good for your community. Extremely supportive of all types of people, whether they're religious or not, and they really don't care too much what you look like, so long as it's not offensive.
Cons
Sometimes an overbearing workload. They don't always pay as well as they should. Sometimes have to work outside of scheduled hours due to holidays or special events, but this isn't extremely often. Change happens very slowly and approval for things sometimes takes too long.
