Pros

Nice technical stack depending on what team you are assigned

Cons

- Bad working environment , pressure and stress are the main constants during a working day here - Unskilled Management (the polite way to say it) - Huge workload, over-time is required, not optional and the only way you can finish your work. - Over time is not payed - Unclear tasks from management and if they are not done according to some really abstract expectations that you are not aware of be prepared for someone to yell at you - Your ideas are not considered (even though they state that they are) - They have made a reputation , ask a friend that had contact with them before going here.

Pros

- Even though they are not reinventing the wheel as far as the products they're building, they have potential. - Challenging products and technologies that can keep you on your toes and push you to learn - Good vibe amongst most of the colleagues and a friendly atmosphere

Cons

- Chaotic/uncontrolled company growth with a Upper/C level management team incapable of scaling appropriately. - every 6 months they do a reorganization across all structures of the company, Client, Product or R&D etc. This may leave some people jobless from one month to another. - No sense of job security. You can expect to get fired at any moment. - No respect or appreciation for the employee. They will use you and get rid of you when they feel you are no longer needed in the most sneaky, perverted way. - No transparency in terms of process or company direction change - New processes are only half implemented with no clear execution plan, short mid and long term. - No career path - No growth opportunity - No proper training or onboarding
