Pros

* Genius product * Market leader in the category * You will never sell better * Deals are "revenue dense" * New product funnel has accelerated in the 2.5 years I have been here

Cons

*Not much scope for creativity - but the sales playbook is bulletproof *Need a high IQ to relly succeed here - selling transformation and new ideas is just difficult

Pros

- Innovative, though the progress can be slow mainly due to any downtime being disastrous for customers, there's a constant eye on developing the solution. Customer and employee suggestions are all logged, and discussed in time. - Open-minded, yes there's a company ethos of 'I love cold-calling' and our way or the highway, though this is rightly grounded in careers of seeing bad and inefficient sales activity. There is an understanding that multi-channel has its place when done properly, having read other reviews this has come up. - Flexible, no issues with late PTO, when planned properly and non-disruptive. Also, no end to opportunities to go above and beyond such as making prospecting calls when not expected to, or upskilling in new or weaker areas in working time.

Cons

- Balancing plates. Often one has to manage difficult customers with little power to fix the situation. Though this comes naturally in B2B customer success, lack of technical maintenance or known issues communication can lead you into an awkward conversation with the customer, who expects the world.

Pros

The technology was distrupive and had a strong ROI, but it's now a water down version.

Cons

1. Management: three CEOs in four year. None with inspiring leadership skills or to stay on track with a strategic vision and associated planning. The 2nd CEO led put in handcuffs from the office, you can't make this stuff up. 6 VP of Sales / CSOs in four years. *Chad Burmeister leader of the failures of the Denver inside sales team (SAEs, AEs) MANDATED POSITIVE FAKE REVIEWS FROM HIS REPORTS. LOOK AT THE DATES CLUMPPED TOGETHER WHERE CHAD DID THIS. The entire India outsourced te boycotted and shut down all business for several days in protest in treatment by current CEO Chris Beall. 2. Customer base. Massive 80% annual churn rate. 3. Internal human capital churn. Life span: nine months on average. Decisions on employees based on discrimination, arbitrary nonsensical revenege type motivation; insecurities.
