      Pros

      This fast growing company has good compensation and excellent benefits. Employees are held accountable but are given room to grow. Some flexibility in work schedules have been a plus, but client demands have tightened our schedule flexibility. Promotes within where possible.

      Cons

      Clients are particularly demanding. Educational benefits and training could be better. Fast growth has attracted a few job hoppers, but turn-over is not too high.

      A growing company that allows an employee to define their own role and give input to the development of the company and work atmosphere.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between the ideals the company was started on and the direction it is headed in. There needs to be a better handle on the management/employee communication.
