      Pros

      If you're looking to get into recruitment, I couldn't recommend working with Consilium more. Having had no prior recruitment experience I worked directly under the Business manager, who had 20 years of recruitment experience. The skills I gained from working with Consilium have been invaluable to by continued career in recruitment and the only reason I left was due to relocation to a different part of the country. Made some really good friends that I'm still in touch with today.

      Old CRM system, which I believe is being updated at the moment.

      Consilium do a fantastic job of training people with no background in recruitment to very capable recruiters and resources.

      Cons

      Company phones are not the fastest.
