Pros

Base pay is about the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Everything else. Management is absolutely atrocious. Unrealistic while providing no direction, training, or expectations. Combative internal interactions bordering on being abusive. I came in with 5 new people, 2 are already gone and ALL are currently looking for other opportunities. I have worked for some interesting management but this was truly shocking.

Pros

4iQ (now known as Constella) originally began with a strong emphasis on supporting government and financial organizations battle cybercrime and monitor physical threats to organizations. Since the new leadership took the helm and rebranded in 2020, the vision has been watered down due to inexperience at all levels in executive leadership. New management team pushed out all the good and reputable talent from VP level down to analyst level.

Cons

Honesty and transparency is optional. The leadership team does not effectively communicate with one another which trickles down to the rest of the company, creating an environment of confusion and silos. Because the engineering team is globally dispersed and inexperienced in cybersecurity, they often have a tough time delivering; the tech is quickly falling behind to other competitors in the DRP and Intel space. Women and black individuals are extremely underrepresented at all levels in the company, ultimately isolating and devaluing the opinions of minorities. Sales team turnover is high because the sales team lacks experience selling cyber products; sales strategy and approach is opaque. Incentives and commissions are drastically lower than industry average. Toxic culture as everyone is in it for themselves and will turn on teammates to look good in front of the board.
