Colleagues are great, but that's it

Cons

Manager don't respect you, terrible pay and benefits, massive expectations of over time and they expect you lay down your life for the company. There is far too much pressure for the wage they pay.

Nice office environment and friendly staff

Cons

Awful pay, no paid sick leave, absolute minimum annual leave and they take 7-8 for christmas anyway so you're left with about 12-13 days for the whole year. No homeworking provision despite everything being office based.
