      Pros

      Listens to the employees, cares about the employees, what this company did during the hurricanes in NC was amazing. New Payrates, amazing overtime perks and pay incentives. Ive read other reviews and these people who say all these negative things are disgruntled employees who quit for being held accountable or got fired cause they be lazy. Every company has their issues i say grow up people and solution the issue or hit the streets. Leadership is engaged at every level, CEO is friendly, approachable and cares, new management has worked really hard to improve the work environment and it shows. Haters hate, Hard workers bank!

      facilities needs improved but overall i love the casual environment and laid back environment

      Pros

      The company is growing and management is always working with employees on their goals to promote from within as new positions open up. Leadership team is onsite and hands-on. There are a lot of talented people on staff and everyone works as a team! Casual, comfortable, and autonomous environment with the structure and support to help you do your job well.

      Cons

      Because the company keeps growing, it can be hard to find a parking spot - but that's about it!
