      Pros

      Doubled grow in brokerage but only offered a pay decrease at end of year this is there Idea of taking care of work staff. Had you sign a noncompete that had a bonus plan attached to it then told everyone that didn't apply to them at bonus time.real slick way to trick some one. O you didn't see the * sorry

      Lies and trickery for bonus and incentuves. Decrease you pay and tell you it's a opportunity to make more.what a joke

      Absolutely horrible for some, great for the favored!

      Pros

      If you are favored then bosses will show you much appreciation, sometimes for other peoples' work. If you are a regular employee just expect a paycheck, maybe a free lunch from time to time but that's it.

      Cons

      Heavy Favoritism, before and after Merger. Bosses recognize only contributions made by certain favored employees while other employees do not get acknowledged for their good work even when top customers express exceptional service. Beyond heavy workload on only half of staff while others have time to sit and critique the work of others and make personal calls many times throughout day, every day.
