Where do I start? The planning is terrible since the beginning. There is no clear strategy, no real direction, and most decisions look reactive instead of being properly planned. It feels like the company is changing priorities all the time without really knowing what it wants to achieve. The culture is also very bad. There is not much accountability, communication is poor, and people spend more time speaking about problems than finding solutions. Teams are not aligned, responsibilities are not clearly defined, and very often it feels like nobody is really in control of what is happening.
