- Great opportunity for entrepreneurial people to grow and develop quickly
- A lot of effort by leaders over the past few years to refine the company's purpose, strategy, and culture
- Global, best-in-class network of relationships in the food and ag. sector
Cons
- Less training or apprenticeship than you might get at a larger company
The benefits for full-time employees are good, and employees seem to have good work life balance compared to other financial institutions.
Cons
The place is run more like a family office and it seemed like people had their own agendas - teams didn't work very well together. From what others said and what I observed, there are political dynamics at play. Lack of professionalism is an issue here, and the culture is lacking as well.
