This is the place that hires immigrant workers to pick up slack created by English and European workers by overworking them, because they cannot easily switch jobs and, leave . Projects are initially given to people who don't know what they are doing, don't have the skills to do the job, and there is no proper way to see that the algorithm is working due to lack of data for testing in initial stages of the project. Near closure of the project they realize that what has been done is not sufficient and will hire an immigrant to do the work that must have been done by others. Every project I was involved was like this, I was brought in to clean up some one elses mess. what is really screwed up and racist is that this dirty work only comes to immigrants because the residents, i.e. who have different legal rights can easy leave the company while immigrants are invested, tied by imigration and work permit roles that limits who they can work for. Company's like conti-engineering previously Continental/ASL take full advantage of that. Plus there are many Racist in this company that will make racist comments and the only thing the immigrant can do complain to another racist manager that will identify with the racist but not the victim. This is the that hires immigrant by telling lies and hiding the reality of the work, abuses them for 5 years
