Cons
Zero teamwork: there is only an “I” in this team. Awful management/“leadership” = Horrible culture: if you expect to see change at this company, you will not. Favoritism: Unless you’ve worked for this company since the beginning of time, don’t expect to be heard or respected. Low pay: There is no pay scale at this company. Some people get merit increases, most don’t, or it won’t be for YEARS. The expectation for every employee is to continue to take on more responsibility, with zero support, work round the clock, and do it for funsies. Work-Life Balance? Non-existent (see above regarding pay).
