While tough to read the sentiment in your review, I want to first say how sorry I am to see that you feel like your experience at Convene did not meet our experience of being the best place to work. For the 11+ years Convene has been in business, it has been our #1 priority to ensure all employees feel valued and supported. While the company has evolved over the years, I can say with certainty that the one thing that has never changed is our care and attention to our team members, even during tough times. Additionally, our core values of GRIT have and will always continue to be a focus of our culture. I'm also sorry to hear that you feel your time at Convene did not align with our intended culture that is genuine, relentless and full of integrity and teamwork. Finally, per your comment about reviews, each review you read on this page is from a former or past employee at Convene - there are no "fake" reviews. Glassdoor is all about transparency, and they take fraudulent activity very seriously, regardless of where it comes from.
