Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas, and continuously encouraging growth, both personally and professionally. Company understands work-life balance and actually respects that. Culture is conductive to creating friends and mentors with lots of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. This is the place you can call home; many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others.

There were a number of very good intentioned employees at the time I worked there.

Cons

Founders - narcissistic, zero ethics, morals or character. What they tell you in the interviews are mostly lies, in my case, significant ones. They claimed to have built hundreds of apps, yet when I dug in, they merely ported other peoples apps. didn't have the processes or project management of an engineering firm. They are what they are, a low cost placement agency for inexperienced (for the most part) entry level engineers.

From seeing outside you will think it is very good company no hierarchy so many sports activity friendly environment but that is myth.. No pros to mention until and unless you want to ruin your career.

Cons

Company upper managements are fool they do not have idea how to run company. They start working on any unrealistic idea that will obviously lead to failure. Not a single experienced employee. Not having single project.. yes u can waste your time here as much as you can. Salaries are always delayed.. chances are that you don't get. Can fire you anytime and the reason is that they don't have funds question arise then why you have hired ?? Don't get trap in theirs sugar coated talks they hire employees for month or two and then fire them because they don't have funds to pay salary.
