      Pros

      Warm during the winter because it is a greenhouse. Pay is a bit below industry average but slightly higher than local competitors.

      Cons

      Managers will give first and final write ups for things that didn't happen, some will even ban words such as hotdog. They will scour your social media to the best of their ability including trying to get coworkers to share non public content with them. Sometimes they won't open the vents even at 120°F or hotter. They will promise you promotions but never actually give them, then gaslight you that they didn't offer it.

      Good pay and hours. Meet lots of people.

      Cons

      They force you to pass moldy product even though you know it's a bad thing to do. I got fired by telling them no.
