      Pros

      Great team to work with and management has been wonderful. If you know how to do your job and do it, you are super successful. I've been there a few years and it is fast paced, but you get lots of support form your team and manager.

      Lots of work, need more people to spread it out.

      Amazing and quick turn around in interview process, willingness to negotiate salary, incredibly kind employee's and management, hybrid work schedule, in depth training

      I guess if you're desperate and have no other options, this pays better than unemployment.

      Cons

      The managers gossip about each other and their employees, nothing is confidential. No real training, but they're great at micro-managing.
