Ridiculous quota to meet daily! Patients no knowledge they are in Chronic Care! Management is inexperienced and only focus on ridiculing and reprimanding!!

Only 30 minutes lunch breaks Management stresses over production, which is impossible to meet when you constantly have patients switched to different coordinators, patients not answering their phones, systems constantly updated and systems not working correctly. 90 day probation and in that time you do not have benefits and cannot use PTO for emergency purposes, which means unpaid time off Constant reminders of lack of production Many leave before 90 day probation is over / extremely high turnover rate Employees are not valued Pressure to make production without any real guidance or helpful advice The pay is not the best for the amount of pressure you are under Constant meetings about nothing Stressed to do well on Q & A without training on the new systems Told company is patient centered but stresses production and not quality of the call Will not recommend company to anyone
