A great Place to Work Where You Can Learn and Grow
Pros
I've worked more than 7 years for Labelium. First in the US and the past year or so in London for the UK office to replace some who left on a maternity leave. If the situation was not ideal as I've joined Labelium UK during COVID after losing my contract jobs, Laureline, the Managing Director, made it very easy for me and the team. From making sure we have all the needed tools to work from home (office chair, monitor...) to offering some Yoga classes, dress up contests... to help with mental health and still get some social components. The clients I managed were prestigious (Luxury Brands, Entertainment/Sport...) and I got a chance to work on a variety of platforms (Google, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter...). The benefits are quite good too: 25 day paid leave, health insurance, mid year bonus, summer hours, offsite seminars (ski trip...)... One thing I really liked also is that they're working on their CSR and I was able to join the DEI Committee.
Cons
While some companies struggled during COVID, we were very busy and sometimes too busy. Everyone working for a Digital Marketing Agency knows that this is unfortunately part of the deal and knowing Labelium I knew this would happen at some points.
