Pros

kids are fun, classroom decorations feel lively and exciting

Cons

staff is catty, miscommunication runs rampant, rules change depending on which person you ask, classrooms are filthy, they refuse to send sick children home, they play favorites, play the blame game, and I genuinely would rather walk barefoot over miles of legos than work another hour here.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this place.

Cons

This daycare is a joke. The directors are a mess and have no education. If you want a bathroom break you have to Waite at least an hour. After being a teacher here I would never bring my child here after I seen how the teachers yell At the children. The management doesn't help at all and are very lazy.

Pros

the kids are the best part of my day. curriculum is already prepared for you.

Cons

i've been working here for 2 years now and i've only had one raise. not a big one. there is a revolving door of employees in and out. so much gossip and nothing done about it. director pretty much is best friends with the biggest gossipers and decides to cover their butts instead of the hard working employees. the biggest gossipers are the ones whove been with the company for years and have no intention of leaving. we are constantly nit-picked at about every little thing. we have no time to prepare for anything and are pretty much doing stuff on our lunch breaks or taking stuff home which is a little ridiculous because 1) we're not real teachers and 2) we don't get paid enough to sacrifice our own time for a business that cares more about the owners various cruises and luxury vehicles, rather than paying the employees what they deserve for all the work we do. oh and we have a cleaning crew, yet we're expected to take the trash out and clean everything in our room. smh.
