Pros

Well the money can be ok if you work really hard. In a sense there is unlimited earning potential.

Cons

Management change things too frequently. Also, they need to be more organized and treat their employees with more respect.

Pros

- Professional environment but friendly at the same time - Encouraged people to better themselves through further education and training - Understanding of family/social life and needs and arranged your schedule accordingly

Cons

- Although they encouraged people to better themselves, they did not provide the means to do so internally; you had to find the opportunities outside of work. - Some employees would slave away to little to no recognition for their efforts - Low morale
