Great projects overshadowed by toxic culture and favoritism

Great projects to expand your portfolio, some very knowledgeable people who you can learn from. Definitely offers the tier-1 company range of resources available for your personal development.
Cons
Toxic. Nepotism. Anyone can be replaced the next day if you just rub the wrong person the wrong way, everyone (perhaps below senior associate) are just number on the page. They'll get all these talented students from uni who are full of hopes to start their career in this top tier company, and then trash them once the project is done with no real feedback or reason provided. I feel so bad for them. So if any students who are starting here - just be prepared you're about to learn the real world in a hard way. But don't take it personally because it's just something they do every few months. No one gets any recognition no matter how much work you do, unless you brag about it (of course not in front of the wrong people because they will start a drama) or threaten to resign. Some seniors clearly got up there only with their salesman talking skills rather than actual design or management skills, so they just have students and grads burn out doing all the works for them (and they will take all the credits for the junior staffs work) while they grab a chair next and micromanage. Unfortunate because there are some really talented people overshadowed by some of these evil people. So many people who likes to gossip, cause drama, focus on anything other than real work. It gets exhausting.
