      No leadership or long term vision, backstabbing culture from top down

      The doers are amazing and keep the company running

      Cons

      Leadership is not united, there’s no company culture, they sell the McCann dream and yet are separated and not get the same treatment. Insane work hours and expected to always be available 24/7. Senior leaders are constantly taking credit for others ideas which becomes the culture all around.

      Pros

      You’ll work with some nice people but they aren’t necessarily happy either, sadly Dog friendly office Breakfast is provided everyday

      Cons

      No training or inductions High turn over! No pay rises No structured appraisals No organisation If you escalate - you won’t get heard No team environment / culture Everyone is over worked and complains about their work load Far too much unnecessary process which doesn’t allow you to be creative HR team aren’t responsive Totally separate to main Agency, there is a obvious separation culturally
