Business outlook
Pros
The CEO, managers, and other employees care about each other. The people are friendly and care about the work they do. Crafton Tull is employee owned so each employee has a share in the companies success and they continue to add benefits with the new HR staff making positive changes.
Cons
Some managers can be over bearing and micro-managing. Some others are too hands off. It's a difficult balance to find the right amount of checking in on projects. More project management could be taught but it's more of a learn by doing setting, which I imagine many companies do.
