      Pros

      Very good company to work for especially in the collision industry. Company try's very hard to insure their employs are looked after. I very much enjoy working here. The Hatswell's are very good to their employees :)

      Cons

      Very difficult to move up as a bookkeeper. There is not much room to be able too. Very little vision benefits.

      Craftsman Collision is a great place to work that provides a family atmosphere and excellent opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Could do a better job with transparency and communication to front line staff, RRSP contributions would really go a long way to help employees.
