Excellent, consultative team and managers, low drama work environment, remote-first work, innovative and focused on professional growth. Employee recognition and amazing support staff. No emotional involvement in your candidate getting hired and no competing against teammates.
Cons
Commissions are limited and based solely on business development work, smaller team so recruiters can get stretched thin at times, leaning into process improvement is good, but some of the work is more time-consuming than the worth.
