Pros
Good environment to work, secure employment, great colleagues, strong work-life balance structure. Good management who is there if you need help: never had any problems requesting holiday, days off or doctor’s appointments. I liked the culture and values of Creative Distribution. Opportunities to meet many new people. Fair benefits and compensation for the job. Friendly management. Fun place to work. Free car park and good location to access from Croydon. I would recommend anyone to work at Creative Distribution, no doubt.

Mainly exporting and can do good use of foreign languages
Cons
Environment among management and colleagues lacking completely of dynamic, Employees just treated as a number and not as human. Dedication or improvement towards the Co. is not recognised not even allowed.
