      Pros

      Work hard, play hard. Great work is rewarded. Lots of perks. Amazing group of colleagues. Transparency across the board.

      Cons

      Flat organizational structure sometimes makes it hard to see path for growth, however management always willing to guide and discuss.

      The best people I've ever worked with. Unparalleled leadership. Constantly open to trying new systems, tech, branded experiences, marketing campaigns, etc. Highly supportive environment. Limitless earning potential.

      Cons

      More social outings, events, etc., than the average company. Not necessarily a con, in fact a pro to many.

      In an industry that is usually competitive, Creative Niche really fosters a supportive environment and team collaboration. The team is agile and leadership always welcomes new ideas. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Great work/life balance, great benefits & vacation. Mandy really cares about everyone!
