      Pros

      Have good clients. Top management very approachable. Can't think of anymore.

      Cons

      Forget Life. Work hours are monotonous. Policies are not great. Report work at 8.30 p.m. leave at sunrise. HR department needs to improve. There is no hiring, and the Digital team is very understaffed. If you don't have a life feel free to join. :-)

      Nothing really. The people you work with are great. A great pool of talented and kind hearted people.

      Cons

      The list is too long. The top management is the absolute worst. They treat you like slaves. The HRs are super rude. They're never reachable and not at all professional. They bring their personal greivencies to work. And just forget about an appraisal, you'll never get an appraisal here. CLA just believes in exploiting it's employees.
