Pros

If you need a job fast they will hire you, the morning meetings are fun and some of the employees are fun

Cons

Minimum wage You'll be standing on your feet for hours on end with no breaks, force selling products onto people and blatantly lying about the product to try and get the sale. You have to meet in the mornings for meetings (1 on 1s) and you don't get paid. They will schedule you horrible hours. Weekends and evenings - none of this will be communicated to you during the hiring process. Low communication- I never knew my schedule until the day of.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere and people. Lexis plays dope music.

Cons

They lie to you about the pay scale. They make it seem like you can make $39,000 a year starting but in actuality it starts out at $7.25 an hour.

Devil Corp Pyramid Scheme

Pros

Super entry level relaxed environment

Cons

Company basically promises you a life of grandeur during the interview. So ambiguous about everything and when you ask about it they answer with an ambiguous statement. Really shove the money in your face only to tell you during document signing that you’re getting paid $7.25 an hour ($7.2499 on your actual check). They ship you off to dirt cheap hotels to have you stand in a store and sell stuff that no one wants. Once in Leadership you have to draft a team (this is when the pyramid scheme part comes to play) and you can’t move forward until your team is big enough (granted the turn over rate is like 1000% so good luck). You will work a 40 hour week standing on your feet in uncomfortable dress clothes until your feet go numb for a $350 check. Run and hide. Look up Devil Corp. This company is a part of it!
