I have been working at Credit Acceptance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Credit Acceptance has proven to be true to their values in a time that so many other companies have fallen short. The company culture and values have only grown stronger during these unprecedented times. CAC is an excellent company to work for with amazing benefits and competitive pay structures. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join this organization.

    Cons

As someone who works remotely, I look forward to more opportunities in the future to meet in person with my teammates. However, I appreciate the measures taken to protect our employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. CAC's quick response was a clear illustration of their values.

I have been working at Credit Acceptance full-time

    Pros

Almost 9 years ago, I left a 33 year career in car dealerships and came to work for Credit Acceptance. I gained the flexibility over my schedule to never miss any of my Son's sporting events. We have the best health coverage in the country with the flexibility to travel out of state to specialists with very low premiums. I feel I make a difference to my dealers bottom line while helping customers establish or re-establish their credit. One of the best decisions of my life!

    Cons

Information about the timing of upcoming program changes and roll outs is often last minute.

I have been working at Credit Acceptance full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Company has the employee in mind at all time. From the CEO Brett to the newest new hire we all have a voice and CAC welcomes the feedback, both positive and negative, your voice is heard. The benefits are 2nd to none, work life balance is the best ever, plenty of vacation with the opportunity to purchase additional vacation during open enrollment. I have never expieneced a company that provides a great base salary of $60k with a guaranteed commision of another $30k, with unlimited income potential on top of all that for exceeding your goals.

    Cons

This is one company that I truly can't find a fault with at this point.

I have been working at Credit Acceptance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The pay, you can do as much full time as you want.. I literally love this job.. but what really made me love them today is the fact they have us additional hours to use for days like Juneteenth.. they say don’t give all your hours to company’s because they don’t care.. I’ve have problems with my internet to where I couldn’t start on my actual day and they changed my start date, if I can’t work a day and don’t have pro they let me make it up.. this company really cares about there employees and I love it

    Cons

    I don’t have any cons
