If you are looking to work hard and be well rewarded this is the right place. The opportunity is real, the training is excellent and the company ethics are great. The service that CPA provides is guaranteed and very needed by business owners.

If you are genuinely hard working and a good sales person there are no downsides. CPA do exactly what they say.

Great people, great training, a product that works. Excellent backup! The ability to have control of your own destiny. Work / Reward ratio - excellent. Being seen "punching the air" after a good sale! Positive client feedback. Mentoring and support after a long hard day.

The ignorance and stupidity of some other co-workers who expected something for nothing! Coming away from a meeting where I failed to "sell" - through my own fault!

Managers give you great support from the start and all through the process, available to speak to all the time. The earning potential is only limited by how much work your willing to do. If you work hard the rewards are incredible. They have supported me through a very tough time.

Structured training course. Great product. Good support from the regional manner. I have worked for CPA for 7 months now and purchased a franchise as I have such faith in the product and the regional and national sales manager. Great money to be made, but you have to earn it. Don't expect to be given millions on a gold plate.

It can be hard work and takes a short period of time to be established - however this is explained to you when you join. Don't expect to get rich quick, but be prepared to make good money if you work hard.

Great product that walks the talk. Great simple sales process that delivers if followed with ability to earn uncapped earnings.

Spending hours training applicants that have the potential but can’t follow simple straight forward sales processes that have worked for years because they think know better. Even worse they give up too early as it’s hard and it’s not the get rich quick scheme they have been looking for all there lives.

I would say the whole career is flawed. they were lauding one of the guys in my team for being a star but he sold very little and earned very little so the rest of the team, newbies mostly were thinking "if he's the best what do the average earn?"

Company supports you every step of the way from starting out, through to becoming established on territory. Follow the training guide and you get the results and are very well paid for effort put in. Like following a recipe. Put in all the ingredients, follow the timings and you get cake! Leave out some of the steps, or an ingredient and you get a biscuit. Not the same at all. Great team in the office who have lots of experience, some have worked at head office for decades. Always there to help and advise you when you are faced with difficult situations when on site in meetings with potential new members or existing members. As a company, they do what it says on the tin........provide excellent credit management facilities and recover overdue accounts very successfully for their subscribers.
