      Alright if just want collect a wage.

      Cons

      Micro Managed and bullied and when grievance raised brushed under carpet by Chairman. Use free workers to maintain business. Be very cautious. Work you many hours.

      Relaxed environment, no unique problems but

      Upper Management is out of touch, owner is literally 95 years old. Regular problems are tedious and would normally be avoidable with proper policies implemented by Upper management but none nothing changes
