      - London office is a lovely location on the Thames.

      Cons

      - Extremely Toxic workplace. Bullying was overlooked despite multiple staff leaving. - Staff turnover was extremely high. - Despite 'aquiring' teams/companies with SME's, this was overlooked time and again in favour of what one person wanted to do. - Benefits from C24 were practically non existent. The benefits carried over from the acquisition process didn't take long before they started to get eroded.

      Supportive peers within the team

      Cons

      Problematic management, high turnover rate, toxic culture from the top down - this will impact your job. Overworked team. The management does not understand operations, nor can they give good advice. You will only have your peers to count on. No future for this role unless you want to stay on a phone job in a very niche medical and security field with no chance of promotion. You will be taking back to back calls and go to lunch late or skip it entirely. The HR will be working with the management and not in your favor. No, you will not be appreciated.
