Dreadful...I regret ever having accepted the initial offer. The CEO and his other executives do not demonstrate professionalism or integrity. Unfortunately it’s very difficult to know that until you work with them. I was fortunate to have had another job to go to that allow me to submit my resignation within a short period of time.

Unprofessional Environment, Lack of guidance, Lack of Leadership, Micromanaging, Crabs in a Barrel, Unrealistic Work Expectations, Some people work hard while others do not, Very little infrastructure, lack of planning, high turnover, CFO hits below the belt sometimes and can be very condescending
