So many to list but the prominent ones:
Low office morale
Lack of training
Gossip
Terrible office culture - enabling bad behaviour because it’s so tight knit. A lot of these people would be unemployable anywhere else. Job security for many employed here seems to be not training you enough - very catty environment. Lack of support from
Management and HR when you do point this out.
