1. Good Ideas are often pushed back and opiniated. 2. In the absence of Promotor, everyone is looking to benefit themselves and save their own skin. 3. Senior Leadership call themselves as visionary but are day dreamer and ignore the challenges on ground.

Pros

Freedom to work in various projects. Got to learn a lot. Traveling was not a pain. Good team and manager to work with. Sign of a good team that there were a lot of collaborative activities and publications.

Cons

Pathetic pay. Good team, but hypercompetitive then. Managers were good, but were not aware or chose to ignore disparities between my and incoming freshers pay. Which is why I quit.
