Pros

very few and I'm trying to be honest, the CEO is an egotistical bully, full of promises and contradictions and should you point these out you will be dismissed.

Cons

They claim to be a software company but are NOT, they use software to deliver a service to their customers. expect immense pressure and zero support, your calls will be invaded and taken over by the management who are desperate for the business and railroad and value you have built out of desperation.

Pros

I worked with some great people but all were either fired or quit after a few months. I am happy to say they have all gone on to far better companies.

Cons

This place is run by someone who is happiest when shouting at people. He gives no praise just insult and threats. He is nothing more than a bully!! To be involved in a meeting where someone was not shouted at and publicly humiliated was exceptionally rare. On one occasion we all overheard a call where the owner said he would pick up the phone, dial a member of the team at random and fire them for absolutely no reason. He loved the power he had over people and used it daily. This company had no issue sacking people the day they were due to go on holiday, the day they were due to go on paternity leave, the day before they were due to get married or while they were on holiday. They are ruthless. This place is toxic!!!

Thanks for your feedback. The Company is growing very quickly (headcount growth over the past year 89% and sales growth over 300%) and has very high performance standards and metrics for all employees. We invest a lot of time and effort in growing our teams. As a lean fast growing startup we cannot afford to carry underperformers and this is something that we share in the interview process. Individuals are terminated when they fail to perform.

Pros

My team and my direct line manager. They are the only real pros working here.

Cons

The company lacks focus, lacks structure, lacks the AI tech that it sells (its just a software portal that is then serviced by humans in the background). XBS changes directions every 2 minutes and every turn it takes seems to make it more dysfunctional. Its upper management leads by fear. Sales leads are not qualified so you end up being a busy idiot having to justify why you can't sell to a prospect that has no business need or legal obligation. 25% of the workforce was axed without warning due to poor management decisions over time.
