      Great Industry. Really good customer base. Huge untapped pottential

      Cons

      Sales leadership are disconnected from reality and offer no coaching support. New starters are thrown to the wolves with no real onboarding, there is a huge drinking culture lead by the European sales manager. Bullying from management is common and ignored
