      There are absolutely no pros

      Cons

      - There is a large bullying mentality in the company - They do not care about people - The EU sales team are rude to anyone else in the company, they bully and manipulate younger members of staff - No confidentiality - if you talk HR about any issues they go straight to the person and tell them and make situations worse - upper management push all their work to lower levels - don't respect work hours or weekend - you regularly get calls after 9pm and over the weekend - there is a high turnover of employees - no benefits - poor salary - no HR help

      Pros

      wonderful benefits. company can be forward thinking when they aren't running scared from their new President.

      Cons

      Recently purchased by people in New York who installed a new President. She is from Ireland and absolutely hates southerners. She Has told people in confidence that she wants to get rid of all Tennessee employees by 2019.

      Pros

      Seems like a laid back place at first. Most of the non-manager people that work there are really good people. They paid me on time.

      Cons

      Pay is pathetic compared to other pharmaceutical companys in the area. They have a revolving door that they shove temps through like cattle. Other benefits are a joke. Heaven help you if you disagree with anyone in position of power/authority. It is hard to be positive when you are continously beaten down.
