There are no pros in my opinion

Cons

The culture is not collaborative or inviting. You feel threatened about losing your job from day one and they do not have well established procedures to even do your job right. I never felt the need to right about any other company, but by far I can see the reason as to why they have a high turnover rate. Bad location, culture, and management.

Stock options and a Monday through Friday work schedule

Cons

Poor management that will not hire any people and will work the few employees to the ground while still expecting excellent production. Never know you’re actual role because you are constantly filling the void of being understaffed. High turnover rate and firings without warning and no previous corrective actions. Livingston site also discriminated against African Americans
