      Pros

      Great place to work. They treat you like family. You know how you stand with the company, they are very open with providing you with feedback and letting you know your doing and that you are appreciated.

      Cons

      Start off working weekends until they have an opening to move off of both weekend days.

      Pros

      My experience has been positive. I feel valued and heard as an employee in my immediate role. I like being part of an ESOP although I don't feel much interaction within it. I have seen many long term employees leave and that does give a sense of uneasiness.

      Decent benefits and satisfactory compensation for some positions

      Cons

      Very poor management and leadership. No respect or loyalty given to long-term employees. Inadequate training for new hires. Very cliquey work environment and management has their favorites. Comments or criticism about management or company policies and procedures are not tolerated. If management does not like or approve of an employee they will eventually be terminated or forced to resign.
