      I should have picked another company.

      Pros

      - Better than no job (when you get paid) - Good engine but all the industry did catch up now

      Cons

      - Pyramidal structure rotten at the top (not only talking about Frankfurt office) - Politics over everything - People not working as a team but stepping on each other to climb the career ladder - Very ego driven individuals thinking they are rockstars - Management have no clue about what they are doing - Management ask to the employee to voice their concern just to blatantly ignore it - The company is not able to see their own mistakes

      Pros

      The engine was good, and is still good on some aspects. Good place to have on your CV if you are an artist. Some very talented individuals are still left here.

      Cons

      Not paying on time if at all for months. Unstable. Have your savings ready to burn. Petty politics, at every level. But mostly medium to higher layers of management. Leads hire inexperienced staff and never let them go once the damage is done. Promoting people at random, rarely if ever rewarding the people with actual talent, most of the promoted staff leaves within a year. One person will take all the design decisions for the game and bypass an entire Design department, then not being hold responsible for damage done. Shipping bland games guaranteed. Technology is not ahead of the competition anymore.

      Pros

      Nice staff, hard working, creative and passionate.

      Cons

      Awful management from the very top, to all the inept middle management. Gross staff mis-treatment, a boys club for a select key few, lack of creative vision from those in charge...huge pressure to deliver on crazy deadlines due to major short sightings of management.
