Learning curve is exponential, haha. Here you can be the admin, the pantry boy to order food for your clients, you can also be the HR to conduct placements, and the best part is the client interaction. The Business Development team is very young, dynamic and fun to be with. Lots of parties and cake cutting. Because too many people leave.
Cons
Lie to your clients right on their face and make them invest their hard earned money on a product which really fascinates everybody by its technology but soon you would realize the reality that its just a box with some wires and a crap protocol that wouldn't even work properly. The Team Leaders, managers are supportive but their support isn't gonna pay you. Now if you are here for earning, pl forget it. You wont be paid on time like ever.The salary cycle is 10th of each month and you would get it delayed by only few months so suppose you have joined in Jan and expecting your salary by Feb 10th they might say there's a cash crunch so salary is delayed and the date wont be provided. You would be lucky if you receive your PART salary that is called as ADVANCE SALARY of Jan by feb end and the other half by 10th March. This is a place where your incentives aren't paid on time, you wont receive your FNF even after 3 months, you gotta fight really hard to get it and on the top of it the founder really doesn't have a mindset of caring about his employees. The office is at a crowded marketplace without a proper front facing board, You might be the brightest brains but at cubical you are a pitching machine whose only job is to call, pitch,meet and dig a deep hole in clients pockets which is really remorseful. The workplace is really built in a 3 BHK apartment with 3rd class facilities. Their electricity meter catches fire, there wont be water in washroom, AC wont work, false ceiling might fall on you while working.
